In this exclusive on MixedMartialArts.com, the official UFC 267 medical suspensions have been revealed by Zuffa. And six participants on the 14 bout card could be facing up to six months away from the cage, to heal up injuries suffered during their bouts on Yas Island.

The most prominent name among the talent that could be sidelined well into 2022, is new light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira. The 42-year-old won the division crown in the night’s headliner. Defeating champion Jan BlachowiczFC in the Brazilian’s second attempt at being the 205-pound division king.

In the card’s co-main event, former bantamweight champion Petr Yan outstruck Cory Sandhagen to win the 135-pound interim title. Getting scores of 49-46, 49-46, 49-46 with the three Octagon side judges.

Glover Teixeira def. Jan Blachowicz by submission, round 2 (light heavyweight title fight)

  • Teixeira is suspended for 180 days or must be cleared by an orthopedic doctor for a “right shoulder” injury. Minimum suspension of 30 days, no contact for 21 days.
  • Blachowicz was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”

Petr Yan def. Cory Sandhagen by unanimous decision (49-46, 49-46, 49-46 – interim bantamweight title fight)

  • Yan was suspended for 30 days after a “hard bout.”
  • Sandhangen was suspended for 30 days after a “hard bout.”

Islam Makhachev def. Dan Hooker by submission, round 1

  • Makhachev was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
  • Hooker was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”

Alexander Volkov def. Marcin Tybura by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)

  • Volkov was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
  • Tybura was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”

Khamzat Chimaev def. Li Jingliang by submission, round 1

  • Chimaev was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
  • Jingliang was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”

Magomed Ankalaev def. Volkan Oezdemir by unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 30-27)

  • Ankalaev was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
  • Oezdemir was suspended 45 days due to “left brow laceration.” No contact for 30 days.

Amanda Ribas def. Virna Jandiroba by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

  • Ribas was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
  • Jandiroba was suspended 30 days after “hard bout.” No contact for 21 days.

Zubaira Tukhugov def. Ricardo Ramos by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

  • Tukhugov was suspended 30 days for “right brow laceration.” No contact for 21 days.
  • Ramos was suspended 30 days for “left eyelid laceration.” No contact for 21 days.

Albert Duraev def. Roman Kopylov by unanimous decision (29-27, 30-27, 29-27)

  • Duraev was suspended 180 days or must be cleared by an oral and maxillofacial doctor for a “facial laceration.” Minimum suspension of 30 days, no contact for 21 days.
  • Kopylov was suspended 60 days for a “nasal laceration.” No contact for 45 days.

Elizeu Zaleski def. Benoit Saint-Denis by unanimous decision (29-26, 29-26, 29-26)

  • Zaleski was suspended for 180 days or must be cleared by negative right foot and right hand x-rays. Minimum suspension of 30 days, no contact for 21 days.
  • Saint-Denis was suspended for 180 days or must be cleared by ENT doctor. Minimum suspension of 60 days, no contact for 45 days.

Michal Oleksiejczuk def. Shamil Gamzatov by TKO, round 1

  • Oleksiejczuk was suspended for 180 days or must be cleared by negative left hand x-ray. Minimum suspension of 30 days, no contact for 21 days.
  • Gamzatov was suspended 45 days because of the TKO finish. No contact for 30 days.

Lerone Murphy def. Makwan Amirkhani by KO, round 2

  • Murphy was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
  • Amirkhani was suspended 60 days because of the KO finish. No contact for 45 days.

Andre Petroski def. Hu Yaozong by submission, round 3

  • Petroski was suspended for 30 days for a “hard bout.” No contact for 21 days.
  • Yaozong was suspended 45 days for a “hard bout.” No contact for 30 days.

Tagir Ulanbekov def. Allan Nascimento by split-decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)

  • Ulanbekov was suspended for 180 days or must be cleared by negative left tibia and fibula x-rays. Minimum suspension of 30 days, no contact for 21 days.
