On this day in 2017, UFC 212 marked a featherweight unification bout between Max Holloway, who held the interim title at the time, and former champ José Aldo. Late into the third round, Holloway was able to end things for the win via TKO, unifying the the title and earning Fight of the Night honors. Holloway is set to face Alexander Volkanovski in a trilogy co-main event title fight at UFC 276 on Saturday, July 2.
